Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

An up-and-down week for me but I've ended the week 1lb lighter. A sore foot (from gardening in old trainers I think?) has stopped any daily walks but I managed a 5ml ramble on Thu and played golf (in heavy rain!) on Fri.

sts for me, gaining and losing the same half pound each day. But that's better than gaining and I haven't been completely on the ball this week.

Well done Poppy! And WtnMel and Rosehip to
Oo

I’ve been going up and down over the past four weeks, but within a 1 kg range, if that makes sense.

I’d still like to shift another 3-4 kg but I’m okay if I don’t too.

A lot of my clothes are way too big now, which is something I have not experienced for 15 years.

I put on a pair of walking trousers the other day, and was really pleased when they seemed much too big - then I discovered they belonged to my 17-year-old man-mountain and not me.

Good news RH, WP, WM!

RH, I'm wearing trousers I haven't been able to put on in 10+ years. I'm thinking of throwing away all mine over 32" as additional motivation never to go back. Lately I've stopped calorie counting and my weight goes all over the place. However, I'm monitoring the trend and have set a hard stop at BMI 24. If trendweight shows me over that, then I'm going back on the wagon.

Also have a bit of a knee problem and haven't been running for 3 weeks. Need to sort that out too.
