Good result Rosehip considering the trips away.
STS is a good outcome Welshpoppy.

I've been a bit up and down this last week but this morning's weigh-in showed a very small loss - so I'll take that. The main thing is, the trend (a la Trendweight) is still on a downward trajectory.

So I’m in the last month of training

So far in June 58hrs yet my weight remains the same
I don’t think I’ve increased my eating much but I am fuelling all runs and rides over 1 hrs (old me wouldn’t dream of using anything for under 2hrs)
This shows me that normal me eats far too much!
Going to have to really pay attention once I make it to the other side especially if I want to lose the 3+ stone of excess I currently carry!

Hann - woohoo!

Pix - once you’ve done outlaw you can use all you’ve learned during the training period. I would agree with you, from my own experience, if you’ve done 58 hours of training and haven’t lost any weight then the “normal” you is eating too much! The positive is you’re not gaining at the moment, which I’ve done in the past when training 😄

I’m up a kg on last Monday - I was working yesterday and ate far too many cookies, and my daughter bought butter tarts which are a delicious Canadian treat - pure sugar….

Note to self ... bagel before swim then proper breakfast after swim IS extra fodder

Maybe I've been fooling myself! But at least I haven't gained.
Still June 2020 I was 7+ Kg heavier than I am now so that's something

Outlaw and fuel - my half was a disaster as I failed to fuel on the bike and just had nothing on the run. My run was as long as my bike time!

So for Outlaw full I am going to have to get my head to think FUEL the whole time. It's going to be really tight as is (and that's before they adding a covid compliant 1/2m long transition!) so I can't afford to fail due to lack of fuel
