Just stuck some sticky rice in slow cooker to try some of the portables recipes
Could go horribly wrong but I can cook whilst errr working! Haha

rice in slow cooker seems to have worked now "chillin" in fridge having been sandwiched with jam (tested with peanut butter but jam tasted better) Just need to make it up so I can eat on the bike added lots of salt so should be OK according to the book if I make 15 it's the same carbs as a gel

I like boiled potato on a run, has to be the nice firm waxy ones. add salt n pepper.
Saw a race photo from the weekend (A RACE!!!!) and while I'm not fat as such, I am certainly very puffy, rounded on the edges.
Like Lammo and Mouseytounge said - time to get serious! I even had salad for my lunch yesterday go me!

rice cake packaging was a disaster! Oh well at least I tried looks like forcing gels down for 17hrs!

I should maybe put some "" round the word "salad"... to make it more realistic. My salads tend to be heavy on the coleslaw/mayo/pickles etc to make then palatable. Can't be doing with a plate of fancy leaves!
