Love a bit of salad me. Salad for lunch today, but need to be careful with the mayo.

Have just done my measurements. A friend suggested it as another measure of progress, and I like numbers.

in laws have salad every day
I don't mind it but hubby gets bored after a few days and is firmly in the camp of large scotch egg and big dollop of mayo
