Still on the last notch of the belt of reckoning. Not weighed yet. Too much chocolate this week, too many chocolate mousses, on offer in Waitrose, but it has been a BIG gardening week as the shoulder gets slowly better so I feel I burnt it all off.
4 slabs of crunchy caramel/seasalt organic milk chocolate, 4 chocolate mousses... And a pack of tregroes waffles.

I am going to mention the "treats" here from now on, "shame" myself into eating less off them ;)

School holidays have begun and now the challenge is going to be making sure my calorie counting doesn’t take a holiday as well!

I’d reached a couple of pounds below my wedding weight on the last day of term, 1/2 - 3/4 stone to go to target.

My 50th birthday celebrations over the next two weekends may be a legitimate pause but otherwise hopping to keep going and start next term lighter than I ended this one.

So the taper has started
task is now to fuel training and make sure I am 100% happy with race fuel whilst not gaining weight!

Still trending slowly downwards here which is good news. But do need to get that trend curve to steepen a bit as Trendweight keeps reminding me it'll be 2022 before I reach my target ;)
