I always enjoy the foot massages. I give myself a foot massage most evenings anyway when I'm watching TV Peppermint lotion. Lovely!
Glad I saved Day 8 for the evening. Worked well for me.

Day 9 successfully negotiated - i was not looking forward to it, as I know balance has been something I’ve neglected recently (and have noticed how unsteady i have become in a lot of yoga poses). But it went better than i was expecting - really focusing on my core and not sinking into the standing leg definitely helped!
