Well today’s yoga with Adrienne video is aptly named... (yoga for when you feel dead inside) so that was what I did and actually really enjoyed it - some of the videos I've done recently I’ve been left feeling a bit ‘meh’ about my choices - and will be adding it to my list of ones to do again.

That is excellent stuff, Gobi
There was a bit of tree in Adriene's 1st November practice today. It's been a while since I attempted tree. Gotta love a bit of tree pose.
Too many trees in that sentence

I did that this morning Bint - and was pleasantly surprised by how little I wobbled/fell during it, as (yet again) balancing postures have been something I’ve neglected recently 🙄

I've been doing tree quite regularly with my colleagues on Zoom...and have been doing better than I have in years. Warrior 3 and half moon will be some to teach them in the new year! I like sticking balancing poses in - good for proprioception/balancing.

I particularly like warrior 3. Half moon doesn't go so well .

Half moon really needs a brick...the hip opening is the biggest challenge to my balance and my arm isn't long enough to comfortably reach the floor!!
