Fantastic! I have to rejig my classes this week as my wrist is complaining...I think lifting a heavy saucepan did it on Saturday. No downdogs for me this week.

Posting as yesterday I started Adriene's 30 day dedicate series. Day 1 and 2 have been good, I'm feeling more energetic, and this morning woke up feeling excited about getting on the mat. 28 days to go......

gobi it was a core strengtheners session and proved I have no core strength! LOL! Plank I had to cut short side plank was WTF! and >30 secs of tree so need to work on that too!

see i like yoga but it's always been a back burner thing especially as I can't get to classes. When I had a class to go to I did 2 a week now it's when I remember so once every 2mths! I just can't seem to get it to be a habit so I am going to try to do the sufferfest 15mins every day this week
