Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did an Adrienne video before breakfast today, which I don't usually manage. Should have loosened my back up first though!

As I haven't done any yoga for so long I've started flamingo-ing when I clean my teeth. I have a new toothbrush that does a blip thing every 30 seconds so I'm switching each leg at each blip. Hopefully I'll progress to 1 minute each leg before too long.

on a linked theme I've now done 5mins of meditation every day for 11 days

Meditation is an ancient are that is becoming more popular and we are re-discovering the mental and physical benefits of meditation. Benefits that were known sometimes 100s of years ago.

In a similar vain ... breathing just started reading Breath - The New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor and again from just the 1st few pages I have read it seems that our ancestors know a lot more than we do and that we are having to rediscover things.
