Oh, and you guys have got the wrong end of the stick.

Cheese curds aren't cottage cheese...but unformed cheddar cheese before it's put into a mould to form it. Cottage cheese with chips and gravy would be gross indeed.

The poutine I had was topped with grated/crumbled Wensleydale.

My only problem was the portion size wasn't large enough, especially considering we'd just run 15 miles or so.

(sorry, am I allowed to mention running on this thread?!)
