Right girlie please give me a good old skelp with your tinsel festooned haddock.
The duvet one this morning when pitted against the 10 mile run on a cold and frosty morning, leaving me 18 and a bit miles to do in the next 3 days. I must therefore get out my pit for 10 miles tomorrow morning followed by 4 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
So near and yet so far- I will do this I will!!!!

No running for me since Christmas eve:-( Supposed to be racing today, but the lurgy won.
May manage another couple of miles before NY eve - but as NSC says its better to be in good shape for 09!
Hope all are ok and that various lurgies are clearing up.

Well done to everyone who's got to the 1000. I seem to have lost momentum after I realised 1000 was off
Definitely going out tomorrow; depends on the weather exactly when. If it's not icy I want to get out first thing. A slow 6 or so, I think.

Was WAY off 1000 this year! At the start of the year I ran loads training for FLM, but kind of lapsed following moving house and cycling more. Am going for a more achieveable 600 miles next year!
