well done T
stress not Girlie I have well used legs today and the only exercise I will be doing is potentially a 1.5m walk (assuming it's not raining!) whilst trying to figure out something on the garmin!

smoky wants to do a longer xc run tomorrow (we're out straight after work for a meal so all calories used will be appreciated!)
part of me says do run but not so long
another part says go for it - the 800 will be in the bag this weekend that way (if I don't race I could easily run the miles off at home, racng would take me over the 800!)
but then next week i will run monday, out tuesday lunch for a meal then probably not until the next week unless i can fit a short one in christmas eve!
arrgghh!!
*runs away and hide*

Go Rick!

I ran again - despite only 4 hours sleep and a tiny little hangover (insert embarrassed smiley!)
I feel much better now - can recommend it as a cure. 5 and a quarter miles done at 9 and a half min miling. Maybe alcohol and no food is the new way to fuel ;-)

:-)

T I will post a picture later/tomorrow of my shoes!
They literally had a good 2" of mud on them
this means my legs/butt have worked when they don't normally so I am starting to ache!

20 miles to go :-) :-) Let's see: might do 5k Parkrun tomorrow, if not then 5 miler, 5 miles on Sunday, 5 on Monday, 3 or 4 on Christmas Day, 5 with sister-in-law on Boxing Day, how many is that? Oooh, that'll do it I think :-) Still have my 5 mile race on 28th December to get my full set of PBs for the year (NO BETS, remember?) Will remember to do the gimpy dance when I get to the big 1k!
