Thanks, SailorSteve, I'm glad I could string together several months of training without injury or illness.

Have a good one tomorrow, Hills of Death (HOD), Oscar the Grouch and Festive Flier. Fingers crossed for a PB performance, SB or whatever you're aiming for.

Oops, sorry I was going to do Boston but I'm not. I haven't entered anything this year yet. I started working 6 days a week in December and I just didn't fancy the training, I felt a bit down at the start of the year and just haven't had the motivation to commit to the training. I have ran an 18 and 20 miler in my running recently and I could get around a marathon but I couldn't race one. I may consider an autumn one.
Good luck to everyone targeting a time.

Good luck tomorrow's marathoners, I hope by now you are tucked up in bed and sleeping and that you feel refreshed and ready when you read this tomorrow. Have a great one!

Not quite for me today. 3.34.14 which is a 30 second pb (they all count, right?). Not enough - not any, let's face it - MP miles meant the wheels came off a bit at 20 miles. That and at least half a stone too heavy!!

That’s a great time and a well deserved PB Oscar, congratulations👏👏👏 Recover well👊

Half a stone and a fair crack at a training block must bring 3:30 into puking distance!
