Well run all at Chester, and thanks for the interweb tracking support, I'm sure I could feel it. The grass at the end nearly did for me - right leg cramped up on the uneven surface with 300 metres to go, I really thought I wasn't going to finish!

Reading over the comments from today I found myself urging you all on even though you have all finished ages ago. Well done.

Sorry, you have to wait for the blog. Was about 80% typed and I got fat fingers and its gone. Have asked Fetch if he can find it for me but failing that I will do it tomorrow !

Well done AJLB and Kinky as well on great runs. I agree with AJLB, that grass was hard to run on.

Done a blog. Not very erudite writing, but something for me to look back on!

In summary - got just about everything right; strategy, fueling, pacing. No complaints!!

Looked fresh at end too. Great Mara debut. More good stuff to come from you. Inwards and downwards.

Great Job AJLB too. Fab time. Not easiest of courses, i thought. Bazo any probs with 3 hr pacers? 3.15 were bang on. I think.

Great to see Kinky on course too wearing Eng Ath best with pride. :-) G
