Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Cracking run Baz 👍👍 How did it feel? You seemed to gradually pick up the pace each 10k split. Was that a tactic?

Great run happy g. And fantastic from Brunski graduating to the next thread.

Daz I will blog later. I just followed the Pacers and it was their strategy. My garmin lost satellites 11.03 miles in so I had no real idea. Had a tough spell around halfway bit got through that and it wasn't until 22-23 that I knew sub three was off but was just pleased it wasn't a Vlm blow up big time. Gutted to miss you course best by four seconds and I bet I lost that on the grass at the end. Soft to heavy was my reading. The later finishers might have trouble.

I had a lovely little jog out 🙂

A beautifully paced and very comfortable 3:27 is better than I deserved! I might have no top end speed right now but it seems that endurance and marathon pacing instinct take longer to disappear 😀

Awesome running from the 3 amigos in Chester, and wherever KS was :-)

Hills towards the end and then a grassy finish is a bit cruel, but it sounds like a great race so definitely one to do in the future
