161 miles (in 3 weeks); Av pace 8:26; Longest run 20 miles; An 'on track' ½Marathon PB Pleased with the way it's been going - just need to get rid of the 'bugs' which will have scuppered 2 weeks training by the time I'm running again

Best training month ever. 238miles in total. Mainly training runs upto 70%maxWHR. Longest run, a fairly hilly 20miles (inc Little and Great Orme) in 2h20m, with ave h/r of just uner 74%maxWHR. Finished month with a fairly flat 8miler with ave h/r just under 70%maxWHR and ave pace just under 6.5min mile. Really pleased with how running is going - really enjoying - shame really that I'll only do 2 races this yr - a hilly 12.5km race in September (which starts/finishes in the village we live) and my local marathon (Snowdonia) in October.

326 miles at an average of 4:32 mins per Km, longest run was 24 miles and as a lot of you during my one of my long runs I PBed my half marathon time So everything going well, no injuries, a lot of money spent on kit ( and washing tablets to clean all the kit!), 2 more weeks of hard training and then taper down for my race in the desert! Altough I am starting to feel a bit tired of all this running!

190 miles @ 7.39/mile. PB at 10 miles but missed a 5k PB so a bit disappointed. February for a 10k PB (hopefully) and increase the mileage. Not surprised you're a bit tired Controversial at 326 miles. Lots of respect for all of you 250+ milers - in a short month as well!

Short month above meaning Christmas break - there were still 31 days in it! This month is shorter.

125 miles for me at 8:20 pace. Not bad considering I missed a fair bit due to illness/home stuff/life.
Last couple of weeks have been more solid though and I knocked out an 18 miler yesterday. Longest since Abingdon and no ill effects.

79 miles for me at an average of 8:26 for the timed runs, which don't include the intervals. Still injured and already written off chances of sub 3:15. Worried that I might not even be able to make sub 3:30.
