Well, it's probably not compulsory, but you need to be aware of it, I'd think.
No idea what jaw buzz is - clearly not something you get hacking and spluttering your way round a 5 k course the way I do

Buzz jaw is the result of running hell for leather down hills and cleeching your teeth. It ruddy hurts so if you ain't had it be thankful. It's up there with "razor lungs"

OK Homer, here I am.
As soon as LN is out of the way, this is a good target. Did 20:58 at WCTT a few weeks back, so reasonable speed is there, but need to get intervals sorted for this and consistency of 3:5x ks

Hmmm, maybe I should join this group? I'm 21 ish on my PB but I have yet to do an officially properly measured 5k and I'm racing LeftFoot in December at Bushy so I need all the help I can get!
