Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Does anyone else do the Leeds Hyde Park time trials? That's where I'm thinking of having a crack at the PB, then hopefully the elusive sub 20...

I'll be doing a few through the winter El S.

Might go down on Saturday actually to try and gauge where my fitness is at the moment.

The course at Hyde Park isn't dead flat, but there's no nasty very steep bits.

Cheers 360 - I train in Sheffield so hills aren't too much of an issue. My PB 5K was flat for 2 miles then nasty hills so a flat-ish course would be great.

I'll probably see you there soon - just trying to work out when I'm free to get there!

Change of plan for this weekend (thanks to family stuff) and I am now doing the Alexandra Park 5k in Manchester. Not quite sub-20 yet but still a PB attempt
