Damo - what ever plan you follow take a tip from the Kenyans and do most of your training off road - makes you stronger and reduces injury risk.

Thanks Bob, it's mostly off road I do, I'm lucky to have some great trails near me.

I was good Dad- stopped after 3 sets. Good job too as the lads were dropping me bad by then! Good to be coming back (again) though!

Terrible- managed to do two average races Sunday/Last night rather than do the clever thing and just run one well, not happy, but you live and learn. Down tonight?
Si- keep in there, any signs of a come back?
Jase- Well Done on your 10 miler sir. Top running.

Well done to the new Yorkshire 10 mile champ.
Physio has instructed me to do a 2 to 3 mile jog this evening. He will then review on Saturday to see if there is any reaction. I reckon I will know if there is any reaction before then
