Another runaway win for the Ninky Nonk last night at Dunham 5k in 15.57. It's getting serious when you're beating Dave Norman. Great work.

I went along to support micro-Bob but was surprised to find entries on the night. So did the decent thing and ended up 6th in 16.52. Apparently I had a close battle with a resurgent Graham Green although I can't say that I noticed him until he sprinted past me with 50m to go - aaaarrrrghhh.

We got treated to some very high class V50 racing last night. About as good as you'll see anywhere I'd imagine. And good run by the micro bobs too.

cheers lads. Im as ready as i'll ever be. Pace bands printed, one last 4 miler to complete tomorrow and then that's it. I'll get on as soon as I can to give an update, unless Jocky gets on for an update when my time is smeared over Fudbook.
