Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hope that the jog went well Si. You must be loving James with his "I'm just running too many races" niggle ;).

I seem to have managed a whole week without a race. Rather frustrating as there is a fell race here almost every evening but I've got too much work on to get to them. Probably just parkrun again this week.

Lots of parkruns in Manchester, James. I'll be at Bramhall (easy by train).

Ran the middle relay leg of the Man v Horse race yesterday and dragged the team from 22nd and third relay team to 11th and front of the relay pack. Team ended up 9th in the end and won the relay by a good 8 minutes from our B Team so a good return for all. Lacking a couple of gears and a bit of sharpness but very happy overall, how some of you guys can flimg yourselves carefree down the side of a mountain is mental! Awesome race though, something a bit different and definitely one to tick off the bucket list!

How did everyone else get on elsewhere?

Well run against the horse Stokesy.

Was guilty of flinging myself down a few sharp hills if not quite a mountain yesterday at Passing Clouds. Great fun and we just managed to just nick the team prize from the fell boys which is always a plus. 10th overall 1st V50 which wasn't bad in a strong field of crazy fell runners.

I heard there was more silverware and county glory for Jock. Hopefully the blog will be up before the kettle has boiled ;)
