Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sounds like some good runs going on this weekend.

I've been out with a couple of friends to one of our favorite spots. 9.45 miles of mixed trail to the local Observatory. Warm and humid but no rain.

As a bonus, we saw some of the front runners in the Hardmoors 110/160 along the way.

Good luck going back to work TBR.

150 day badge incoming.

15 wet, cold and uninspiring miles takes me to a total of 1,450 miles over the last 150 day.

Serious dose of the CBAs today. This is when running every day comes into its own.

Just found this thread. Hello!

Day 236 for me today and I ran with other people for the first time since March, at a safe social distance. Big speed improvement as a result - it's always so much faster than running by myself.
