I remember pre Covid moaning about the grannies (literally) in the pool The pool was only split into 2 casual and laps. Non stop swimming was laps regardless of speed. I’m not fast but could do 3 lengths to one old boy's 1 Can’t do that now as not a gym member |

There is both options on the cards @EvilPixie EvilPixie & @Shades but my bonus in April could pay for a long holiday in Australia so hedging that as the early point. I’ll see if regrade is approved at year end PDR I’ll stay longer (up to April 26 but no commitment) If not they’ll have a 3 month notice to secure bonus. We have loved this week but few things to sort out and might as well be earning while that happens (not least foot surgery might as well be on full pay!) |

um
Does a regrade mean a salary increase gg? And are you DB? If so you may want to check how long that takes to filter through to your actual pension. |
