Apparently they made more warehouse staff redundant but as it wasn't many it happened without much noise

McVities digestives are still very much a part of the Cavern diet

Some nice weight losses post retirement, well done all. I’ve lost a few pounds but I think that’s down to stopping eating wheat (allergy). I really miss McVities digestive biscuits. |

Impressive weight losses. My weight is stable but I need to put some effort in to lose the extra 7-10 pounds.

I'm 3 (ish) stones down since retiring. I'm more active most days. But I sleep so much better now.

I was always lean, but definite have accrued health benefits from time for stretching/gym, better eating habits, more and better quality sleep and more relaxation. That said I do need to drop a kilo to get to race weight before October, which will be an easier task than when working. |

Impressive weight loss. Well done, Sigh. I'm about the same, I think. Would like to lose about a kilo but not really making an effort to do anything about it. |
