That's brilliant, Pix :) I wonder how much more stress-and-biscuits weight will tumble off.

Forgot to add excellent sigh!

I'm going to leave as is for a week or 2 before I tinker. I think that carrying on will work without "dieting" ATM.

My only "goal" is daily movement and min 25m running a week to keep my 100 a month going

I was awake before "work alarm" this morning and couldn't get properly to sleep as expected I would sleep through alarm 🫤

I'm hoping "prevalence of back problems" will be the reducer for me, when I no longer have to sit in a chair at a computer for 40 plus hours a week! Great retirement benefits chat everyone! :-) G

I weigh more than I did pre-retirement - because I was on my feet most of the day at work and didn't have time to snack. I also had a dog to walk.

Covid was part of the weight problem, but being Ralphless is probably the reason for the extra extra 10-14lbs I carry.

Reduction in irritable bowel symptoms and absence of migraine have been the big health benefits for me. Moving from working long days under constant stress to 6 hour sessions of actual doctoring made the biggest difference.

Finishing work does allow for more time to be active. Also allows for better eating habits.

I have managed to lose about a stone since I retired and my weight now fluctuates around twelve and a half stone instead of thirteen and a half. Seems like that’s about my natural weight now. Not working nights and having to feed to keep going has certainly helped. Mind you the sales of McVities digestives have slumped.
