Well, one of my guesses was nearly right by Sharkie-distance standards
Why, though?

Why? Well Steve wanted everyone to do a 20 minute run but said it could be run-walking. I just thought it would be a laugh to see how long 5k took me, pain free.

Still working on making the horse use his bum properly. Apparently his āears look betterā in that they are now twitching in a way that suggests heās listening and trying to work out what the hell I want him to do.
I did a little run-walk with the dog earlier in the week. Nothing like as impressive as Sharkieās epic 5k though!

I like hearing about girl and horse.
My 5k is impressive in that I did it and 'ran' more than I walked ...but very UNIMPRESSIVE in every other way. Fifteen years ago when I was still distance running I reckoned it was a disaster if a healthy 52 yr old, with no physical disabilities, couldn't run a 5k under 30 minutes. It's a sort of badge of honour like a sub 60 min 10k.
I'm not the only person who thinks like this - .B. completely agreed with me.
