Nice work, Pix!
I'm having a slightly slow week - just about squeezing in the bare minimum of active stuff before tea time. Definitely need to make sharper lines and clearer edges between doingand not doing! There's too much non specific creeping in here.

Roped Raffo into a 'proper' hill session last night. It was one we last did with the old sprint group about ten years ago. It was tough. Go us!
Made me aware of just how well our old coach planned everything. Such a perfect sprint hill!

And fewer pointless 'bits' of food yesterday also felt good.

I don't do hills or laps unless they are in races probably why I am terrible at hills! I have undulations where I live so could do hill work but nah!
Last day of work for a week and a rest day
went for a short run walk yesterday lunchtime despite not feeling it. I feel really slow and laboured but times are reducing so something is happening!
Also bought some fancy leggings

Hills are BRILLIANT - and over so quick! They are good in every possible way. Form, speed, strength, endurance, mental strength
and did I say OVER SO QUICK

My bubble buddy is coming to stay tomorrow, and then we’re going walking on the SDW on Sunday (when the weather forecast looks marginally better). Not planned a route yet (well, we don’t really need a route, just a starting and stopping place).

Question for you all what "reward structure" do you have if indeed any. Is it just the smug satisfaction of completing your goal/target or do you do something say treat yourself to new kit etc. Interested to see what rewards people have
I'm going to target consistency for a few weeks - completing all scheduled sessions and will reward myself with something fitness related TBC!
(see there is a motivation for this post!)
Having just bought some snazzy legs I can't use this as a reward!
