Well I suppose it must be. I thought there was a site that covered press-ups, plank and other challenges but I can't find it.

So have you done this one Columba ... or anyone else?

I did the plankathon. It was rather good, - just 5 minutes each day, over I've forgotten how many days, maybe 15. I don't think it came via this thread though, possibly via the 700 thread.

Thanks Teebs. I've now signed up but frustratingly I'm so busy at the moment - sorting out a roof leak yesterday and going to work at a rough sleepers food initiative straight from work tonight, that I've missed 2 days.
