Day 8 done. Those split squats are a killer for my piriformises! I'vve been working so hard and have cancelled my gym membership. I can really feel it.
Back to yoga next Monday and can't wait.

Day 12 done. I hate those dead lifts and find that doing them in the kitchen with the worktops to steady myself makes it more do-able. I hope the next stage is better.

I'm rubbish at the deadlifts!
Still on track just completed day 16. This stage of exercises are getting easier but still challenging. My hips must be starting to loosen up.

I've just been for a massage, he did a lot of work on my tight hips (round the back). Definitely feels better now.

My ITB bands feels tight today after the squats. I MUST do more of these sort of exercises at home, now I can't afford a gym membership. I used to be a squat/lunging enthusiast. I'm also good on abs historically - need to get on those again!

So, I started the next stage, day 13 earlier. I have decided to give up as I am losing the will to live with it. It's too long-winded for me and I'm not really feeling any benefit from it after 2 weeks.
I much preferred George's Plankathon and in only 2 weeks of a maximum of 5 minutes a day you could really feel a difference by the end.

I was going to make a start on this 30-day programme when I got back from London... But now I am back, I've got a cold, so might leave it a few more days. Where is the link, - is it alongside or somewhere back in the mists of time?

I will finish, but my ITB band is quite sore on the other side now! What a crock! I like Alpen's suggestion on the plankathon. Does anyone fancy starting a combination of plankathon with maybe a press-upathon and then something to even up at the back?
