With a modern safety razor, not a cut throat! It's fine. And I don't go all the way to the floor, probably a 30 degree bend max! :-) G

Drat! I've just realised that I did day 8 yesterday, never mind, it won't do me any harm to repeat it - day 9 tomorrow it is then.

Hooray! Day 7 done and I should manage 8 and 9 at the weekend. Will have to get up early in the mornings next week as v busy each evening. I also meditate for 20 mins each morning then it takes me an hour to walk to work. Feel like I've done a day's work before I get there!

Hi all. Still on track with the challenge - managed to keep despite two nights in a hotel room in Greece.

As i only had work shoes with me I had to do the dead lifts barefoot - which would have been highly comical for anyone watching.
