All done. The adductor stretches caused much guffawing from my OH. All of them were harder than expected and i discovered that my knee is still a bit sore so no parkrun tomorrow - I think any unexpected wobbles or sudden pressure would cause problems that I don't need. And the balancing showed how weak my left ankle is, too.

I saved the email and go into it each day via the link and then click on the appropriate day.
Day 4 done. I only did 1 set of the alphabet though and had to keep doing sections with each leg.

Day 5 done. I don't think he takes account of age - they say that as you get older you do well if you can stand on one leg with your eyes shut for 10 seconds! I had to do it next to a wall and was nearly touching it for most of the time.
