Sorry to be a motivational disappointment, Columba. I had a bad night's sleep, so snoozed the alarm. I will, however, be doing them in the hot-desking room in my lunch break. It's good that I've got that option.

Day 2 done - even longer today with his extra videos and reading matter. I thought the reading at the end was interesting and this is what should improve my running overall. It also tells me that I need to spend less time on my backside.

I struggled with my eyes shut but fortunately I was standing next to a chair and I had to keep opening them.

Ha - yes I read that Alpen. I've got an office job but I walk in my lunch break and spend 2 hours walking to work and back.

I find that focusing on a lone tree standing form on a cliff helps me with the eyes shut one. For some reason the tree is in China. This is possibly because we also do this at yoga and the teacher spends a lot of time in China and counts in Mandarin sometimes.

I can balance on one foot with eyes open, no problem. Eyes closed, I think 3 seconds is my maximum.
Concentrating on knee rehabilitation exercises ATM, so not attempting the 30 days, but interesting to read the comments.
