I do yoga on Mondays with a martial arts instructor and we did all the KR stretches and core in his session for Day 1. That was very useful. I then came home and did them again with JD.

OK - back into the 30-day challenge on day 1 and determined to get through to the end. I like the compound feel of the stretches. Bring on day 2!
