I'm a day behind. Will go back and do the one I missed yesterday later on today. I've also been doing some one-legged squats and heel raises, and lots of balancing on one leg.
Day 10 done. A friend said that it's easier to balance on one leg on a hard floor so I did the last set of deadlifts in the kitchen and it was more stable.
Thanks Alpen, I read your recommendation after I'd used the video. The guy was spot-on about my piriformis and although the stretch was painful, I felt much better in the evening. In the morning I only had a residue of the pain with a twinge left now and some residual aches. Doing yoga tomorrow evening then will do the rest of it afterwards. Not attempting day 8 today.
Anyone else finding the new set of exercises for the 30 day challenge a huge step up. It's probably because my hip mobility is so dreadful, but I found them all so hard!
I missed yesterday as I had no time and have the day off today as I have a PT session later. I'm sure a break will do me good and I'll be back on it tomorrow with day 11 - promise.
TeeBee - are you taking about 7 onwards? I was aching after that day!
I've now got to have another day off and was told not to do yoga this evening. I had a biopsy earlier today and the doc told me to rest. I'm at work now but sat at a desk. I'm disappointed at these interruptions in my 30-day but back on it tomorrow.
