Is the idea of an "-athon" that we get better, go longer, do more? I'm reasonably happy with my core routine, but I am not getting any better at it. I just do 60s plank with some single leg etc., 60s each side, with some twists. And usually boring sit ups (that everyone seems to think are rubbish nowadays!) But I've been doing that 2-3 times a week for 3 or 4 years. I never do more and rarely do less. Should I be trying to "develop" in some way?
In which case a plankathon might be a way to go! G

No problem - I've got it marked in case I suddenly have enough motivation to join in.

Day 9 done. I'm going to do another plank but want to tie it in with a challenge. Does anyone have a link to the one that's been done on here previously please.

Today should be day 4 but I've had a massive case of CBA. I'll get back to it tomorrow, promise.
