Evening! Just eaten after a full day on my feet with flat viewings and generally walking around areas I'd like to live and exploring.
No challenge of any sort for me today, but back on it the morrow.

Day 5 of KR done. Balancing on one foot with eyes closed is mainly a no-no.

I'm having a frustrating week. Did yoga last night which does cover both as it's a martial arts yoga. Got an AGM straight from work tonight. Weds going straight to see parents and Thurs may be doable but not until after 20:30.
Annoying!

I have kept on the 30 day challenge right up to today (29/30 complete). Annoyingly, they're is no easy way I can do tmrw's session. It''s running drills and I'm away with work. Fitting in the session would mean taking extra kit away with me and getting up insanely early tmrw. Bah.

Day 6 done yesterday, day 7 done today. That was a laugh. The balance exercise (like the "running man" but bend forward and touch the toe) was totally unbalanced.

Day 11 Kinetic Rev done and day 2 Plankathon.
I can do the straight leg deadlifts on one side fine but on the other it's frustrating. It's a weak right leg I think, so I need to read the one side weaker thing James signposted.
Plankathon just highlights the bits in my carpet while I'm doing it. I always need to vacuum afterwards. How does it get so dirty when no-one wears shoes?

I always put down my yoga mat for planking as I didn't want to get carpet burns on my elbows.
