Good idea Rose.

I finished my exercises with 2 sun salutes, a bit of dynamic limbering up, then a short run around the local woods/fields.

Done and yoga too - a strong half hour session with a martial arts teacher.

Thank goodness those straight leg deadlifts are over.

Day 13 this evening and 4 of plank.

Day 13 done of KR and 4 of plank.

Some difficult moves from James D. The pigeon is something we do in yoga and really good for my dodgy piriformis.

Plank fine and going well.

RS - that week of the KR challenge is hard, but it does get easier after a couple of days. The pigeon is so good for the glutes it's worth persevering.
