I managed 90seconds one way before it fell down, and just over 60 the other way. I did a smide over 5 minutes and actually could have carried on, but the plan is 5 minutes and I don't want to freak out my already freaky pelvis.

I love hula hooping. I set my timer to 15 mins and try my best. I need to up the timer though. It's a tough wee work out along with the skipping rope

5 minutes done but with lots of re-starts. I managed 47 spins at best - about 40 seconds I think? Something to build on. When I did this in 2014, I got to the point where I could walk around the garden whilst hooping.

Well dear me, that was a lot harder today. 3rd day for me and I felt sore on my stomach where it rolled against me. It'll ease. I had just got in from a longish walk (compared to recent times) so a bit tired too. But that's day 2 ticked off.

I am glad I have announced my I'm hula hooping, I very nearly didn't do it today. I did though, it was easier than yesterday, but not as easy as the 1st of June!

That's good to hear I didn't hoop. I forgot until now and the hoop is in the garden shed.....I must remember tomorrow.

Fortunately I moved mine into the living room, otherwise I definitely wouldn't have done it, it used to live in the garage.
