GM which hoop would you recommend specifically from the Argos site? I'm very interested but did try about 10 years ago on a super light hoop... I was proper *poo* :-o xxx

I have a weighted one from Argos, I bought it several years ago, I can't remember how heavy it is though I'm afraid.

Oooh that was hard work! It took most of the 5 minutes to get the right rhythm and keep it circling for more than a few seconds. This will be a fun challenge :)

I used to look in on this You Tube tutorial to get tips. She's not as annoying to listen to as some of the others.

I've decided to take up hula hooping as a way of doing some core strengthening. It's not very easy...

Purps has found us a 30 day challenge to get started:
Days 1-4 5 mins,

Days 5-7 7 mins,

Days 8-10 10 mins,

Days 11-13 12 mins,

Days 14-16 16 mins,

Days 17-19 17 mins,

Days 20-23 20 mins,

Days 24-27 25 mins,

Days 28-29 27 mins,

Day 30 30 mins
