I'm running down a very narrow country lane with high edges on both sides. Hope no cars come along as there are not many options for me to get out of the way so better get a move on....

I like to explore places, so having finished my previous run having just entered the outskirts of Pontypridd, I thought I'd start today with a stroll down Taff Street to Penuel Lane to look at the famous drinking fountain upload.wikimedia.org Then I retraced my steps to rejoin the Fetch Castle Challenge route to cross the River Taff using the Old Bridge upload.wikimedia.org What a fascinating construction https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Old_Bridge,_Pontypridd I hope I won't be disqualified from the Challenge for slightly deviating from the official route

Not quite there ♪♫ Synge ♪♫. After my explorion walk in Pontypridd my subsequent run took me into the outskirts of Caerphilly, about a mile short of the TC statue. I'll make sure I pay homage to him when I pass .
