I rode Cannock chase on the single speed pulling a 3 year old. I now know what it feels like to climb at 100kgs. Even got the trailer through one of the Red sections :¬)

Happy days. I have fond memories of cycling the Forest of Dean singletrack with a 5-year old on a tag-a-long. :)

Lots of snow over last few days now all gone and sun shining giving a bit of heat, not quite enough to wear shorts but better than the last month or so. too much admin for a ride sadly.

I’ve been full of lurgy all week but didn’t want to waste this weather, so went for a gentle-ish solo ride on the Chase. It’s all remarkably dry again... :-O

There was a gazillion walkers and other trail users out and about. That makes me smile to see folk enjoying the outdoors :-)
