Trails are fepping awesome at the minute locally. it’s fab. Had such a good ride last night.

Meanwhile, tonight we’re off to the Dales for Feb’s bivvy. We seem to be packing mostly fig rolls so far.

Yeah about 8 I think plus retro and fat. Beat all the retro and fat. Passed most of the woman's field and caught the back of fun male :-)

Back from a little play in the warmth, so good to feel sun on the back warming my back as I climb a bastard of a hill.

I may need new pedals as one of the pair I bought about 25 years ago is failing to grip and the cleat seems to flopping about, checked the cleat and that is secure.. There is a new pair in the spares box somewhere, just hope the pedals come off easily after about 10 years on the cranks.

Might be worth changing your cleats first to check, Dai. I’ve found that loose feeling often indicates worn cleats. Though saying that, I suspect you’re overdue a set of pedals ;-)
