Phew! Hope you heal quickly Cath. Glad you got yourself a full face, I'm not sure I'd do Antur without one.

Spent this weekend at the Ladies Weekend at Bike Park Wales, absolutely fantastic turnout and I got to ride with Manon Carpenter today, so stoked! Managed to just about keep up with her on the ride down sixtapod, although I doubt she was going full pelt. :)

Don't fancy Antur - just doesn't sound like my cup of coffee.

Took the cx bike to Cornwall and tried some cheeky riding. Left me in no doubt about the state of my fitness.

Don't tend to do much rocky stuff - don't have a lot round here so nothing to practice on. So when I do go somewhere rocky there's an element of mince involved.

Ahh yes, well it is rocky... so I can understand your mincing.

I mince around mud and puddles, as you well know :-)

Gravel also welcome :)

Also, is 26 dead yet?
