I had my 720s cut down to 700. I use bar ends and I kept getting stuck, or should I say unstuck, on tight singletrack.

I have a variety of bar widths now but the shortest are 711 Easton Havens (they're also pretty much my favourite bars)

As we had been talking about the uci youtube channel on the pro cycling thread I watched the mtb Worlds men xc last night.
The course looked to be a combination of pump track and bmx in the dust but the pace set by Schurter and Kulhavy was frenetic and riders pouring cold water over themselves as they went through the tech zone.
Schurter has had a fantastic season winning all the World Cup races and reatining his World title.

Only read this morning that Annie had picked up a silver in the women's race. Will watch that later too.
