Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

So sad about Charlie. We heard yesterday after the ride.

Tonight was pretty grim under wheel. Slow speed skills definitely came into play in the mud. For me track standing while looking at the trail means not losing all of the momentum - you are ready to ride off rather than having to get your foot back on a pedal and rebalance.

You may all have seen this before, but if not... bloody funny. Three men try to get a bike off an electric fence.

I giggled totally uncontrollably the first time I watched it. How in gods name do you get into that position?

I think, from what is said in the video, he simply didn't see the fence and somehow ended up like that after trying to ride through it. I love how they try from the one side for ages before someone goes through the gate and helps from the other side. :-)

It's immensely silly.

Are we Torq talking on here as well, Cath? Think it will just be me rather than an entire gang. There's some sensibleness going on from Mrs Shaw. Possibly another couple but they will fanny for a few months. So the Orange Gaysbeau will be party tent again. We'll be going down on the Saturday again to baggsie that spot.

Awesome. Is Em racing? Or riding round socially beforehand and breaking a garmin mount?
