Better half has a peculiar twelve day cycle of a swollen knee which causes overall fatigue and got a bad dose (on time) yesterday. Which is probably good news as it should be totally clear for race day. Niggle calf and quad last night for me. Maranoia is fun.

Chugged an IBPF before bed last night, all ok this morning. Have had a slightly swollen & sore gland in my neck all week but it has not worsened or developed into a cold. Maranoia indeed.
