There is absolutely no need to be rude about anyone taking part in the event. Who defines "fit enough to participate"? You have no idea what challenges anyone is facing or why they are doing what they are doing. There's lots of other fast running races in the UK if that's what you want.

Ally-C Mar 2024 3:02pm, 17 Mar 2024 5,237 posts	0 Ally-C He wasn’t in great enough shape to take on the challenge tbf, wouldn’t take any advice though. Bizarrely worked most of his life as a CPN, but neglected his own fitness. Thanks for the thoughts. I think he’s to stay in for three more days.
