Well done Fleecy. I was doing it the other way going to bed later and later, and getting up at 7. The last three days I had about 9 hours sleep total.
Definitely don't open it for a week or two, get some sleep, some exercise and reconnect with people, then think about the viva, although I'm sure you'll be fine.

The Mighty Fleecy
I think it might be mid-December for my viva, hopefully before Christmas, and then corrections (not too many I hope!) and once the corrections are done you may call me Dr Fleecy Last night I remembered one embarrassing error in my thesis without even opening it. Sigh. I will not beat myself up about it, but remind myself that the examiners almost certainly had the odd dumb error creep through too.
I'm off to Morocco on Friday so I will not be thinking about my thesis at all for a couple of weeks I think!

None of the things I knew were wrong with mine were mentioned in the viva. A load of other stuff instead
And if you get minor corrections you are Dr Fleecy straight away

Examiners are most likely to be @ doctorate level or higher, so could be expected to have healthy insight into the research & reporting process.

Wow well done Fleecy!
I have to start thinking of potential thesis topics (MSc sport and exercise psychology)... Not quite sure what yet.
Today’s lecture is on a topic I’m fairly knowledgeable about (possibly more so than the lecturer! ) (CBT skills for sports psychology - I have CBT qualifications and 18 years experience of CBT practice and am a CBT supervisor...) But I don’t know so much about the sports context
