(What's the going rate for a cleaner, find out and tell him that's the price increase) Wouldn't get anywhere else cleaned for free unless he did it himself. The way I see it is my house ain't a democracy. If they want to live like a pig they are more than welcome to ...... somewhere else.

halfpint Jan 2023 2:26pm, 23 Jan 2023 38,985 posts	0 halfpint Really worried about not-a-teen. He’s been home 5 months and no change really. Hasn’t even registered with GP let alone get back on meds. He’s not even doing the things he used to enjoy. Climbing was the only remote positive and now he’s decided he hates the local wall. We had a heart to heart and he got upset. I just feel so powerless right now.

I only have your good advice to offer about the potential for children to work things through and find a little resilience. Last year was hard and it used up our reserves of cash but still - i don’t regret new york. We all needed something extraordinary to look forward to. Is there anything similar as a future one off?

He can get an appointment from Wed probably. We’re going to go stay at my parents next weekend and go to Eden Rock (bouldering place) to try reignite his passion.
