Velociraptor
When our nest was temporarily empty I never got out of the habit of leaving an extra portion of dinner in a pan on the hob for VP's midnight meal/breakfast.

Haha when son#3 first came home from uni the only thing that annoyed me was him frying chicken in a pan at midnight. And the smell the next morning. Thankfully he’s now in his 3rd year and he tends to eat at normal times now

Son#3 turns 13 on Sunday ! Son#2 seems to be in a better place so
I think his adjusted meds are helping (also he split from his long term GF and I think he realises she was making him worse)

I must have got lucky I’ve never had to ask my boys to shower. Mind you I am still saying to number 3 have you cleaned teeth at bedtime and morning. Invariably it’s a “oh no I forgot “

son#3 decided to go for a run at 10pm last night....i dont know if he had a shower after. He keeps his bedroom windows open all the time, he says its to prevent a build up of CO2 so he can study better, I suspect the smell of himself may also be a reason

I have the opposite issue re showers. QP would spend hours in there and has ruined the bathroom ceiling with all that steam.

He’s been back at college a few weeks so late night kitchen activity any more.

Daughter was like that before Christmas - hugely long showers - I suspect it's to do with wanting her hair to be clean. Now she just washes it over the bath instead. Maybe one day she'll realise she can take a short shower.
